- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 4 spring onions sliced at an angle
- 100g peas
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Good quality frozen spring rolls
- Sweet chilli sauce for dipping
