Gourmet giblet gravy
Ingredients: Giblet stock
- Turkey giblets (liver/kidney/heart/neck etc.)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1l chicken stock (2 stock cubes)
- 2 bay leaves
Put the stock, giblets, onion and bay leaves into a saucepan.
Bring to a boil in the saucepan.
Reduce the heat and simmer for one hour, then turn off the heat.
Ingredients: Turkey gravy
- Giblet stock strained through a sieve into a saucepan
- 2-3 tbsp plain flour
- 200ml white wine (optional)
